Our emcee Allison Seymour, Morning News Anchor WUSA9, kicks off our celebration. The 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard, and the Continental Color Guard will present the colors, followed by the fife and drum corps who will set the stage for our reading ceremony.
